Every decision starts with: does this create real value for them?

Be the 1%

We aim to make a dent in the market, and "good" is just not enough.
In everything you do, ask yourself: is this as good as someone in the top 1% would do it? If not, do it again.

Product over processes

Processes exist to only support the Product, not the other way around.
Never try making our lives easier at the detriment of the product.
The only thing that matters is to understand if we're moving the needle on our customer's happiness or not.

No ego

Say what needs to be said, clearly, openly and without any fear of upsetting one's ego.
Ego gets in the way of progress. Feedback doesn't.
When ego wins, collaboration breaks, speed slows, and the work suffers.
Challenge each other and cut through the BS, but always from a place of care.

Put the company's interest first, always

Moving the company forward is the reason to consider first in making decisions.
Act for the greater good, not personal comfort.
Once a direction is taken, even if you do not agree with it, accept it and move forward. If the decision was a mistake, it will be acknowledged in due time.
