With a Starter membership, you invest a fixed €300 per deal. For higher tiers, the minimum starts at €1,000.
Returns vary. Some startups may go 20x or more, while others might fail—this is part of early-stage investing. The industry average is around 2.4x, but our goal is to consistently outperform that. Diversifying across multiple deals helps reduce risk.
Structuring fees: 3–8% of your investment (one-time, varies by membership)
Management fees: 1% annually via the SPV, capped at 5 years
Performance fees: 20% of profits, only if there’s a gain—we earn only if you do
