Questions before you start

Isn't this risky?

Yes. Investing in unlisted companies can mean losing all the money you put in, and that money stays locked in until an exit that may never come. Only invest what you can afford to lose and leave untouched for several years.

In our own portfolio, as of June 2026, 5 companies are valued below their entry price and 1 has been written off.

How much do I need to start?

From €300 per deal on the Starter plan, with membership from €39 a month. From €10,000 per deal, membership is free.

Who regulates Akka?

Akka Europe SAS is a European crowdfunding service provider authorised by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, no. FP-2024-…. This licence lets Akka offer deals to members across the EU.

When can I get my money back?

Membership, structuring fees of 3% to 8% depending on your plan, and a performance fee on gains when a company is sold.

Do I have to invest in every deal?

No. You review each deal and decide whether to invest, within the limits of your plan.
